We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and details of products available on our website are accurate. However, variations may occur due to the nature of fresh produce. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.

6. Delivery Conditions: Deliveries are made to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery information to avoid delays or misdeliveries. If you will not be home at the time of delivery, please leave a large cooler bag on your porch with an icepack in it. If no cooler is provided, the mushrooms will be left regardless, which may or may not affect quality depending on the duration they are outside. We cannot be held accountable for loss of quality in this circumstance.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns or refunds of mushrooms are accepted within 7 days of delivery. If you are displeased with the quality of your mushrooms and the product remains unused in its original carton, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement. Please note that cooked or used mushrooms are non-refundable.

For other farm goods, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for assistance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mushroomery at White Pine Meadows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law
